I've been trading with SC & GSF for 27 years, during this time I've never had a problem with staff at any of the branches.
Until today! I called up the saltash branch & spoke to a guy called nark this bloke from the start, just couldn't be bothered & in my veiw very un helpfull & arrogant.
Then arranged to have some oil delivered.
They sent a new driver who couldn't find my premises.
I came in from.kaying on ny back fitting a gearbox to find 2 missed calls from GSF in the space of an hour & half of placing the order. I called them back to a barrage of it's my fault I missed the driver from Mark! He knew full well where I was at the rear of my property"
He basically told me to get in my car & drive 15 miles to branch to collect the oil.
On my arrival I asked to speak to Mark, Mark then cane out of the office to the front counter, taking off he's glasses as if he's going to fight me!
He gad a cery aggressive way about him.
Affer a heated argument " hevtgen refused to refund me a return & told me to GET OUT OF HES SHOP & said I'm cancelling my account" and I'm not getting a refund or oil..
He tgeb went to push me out of the shop!
Then I said I'd call the police for my refund. He then gave me a refund. Still being very argumentative & arrogant.
In front of he's work colleagues
I managed to get him to sell me the oil" as he walked from the office to the warehouse part. There were a group of 3/4 of he's work colleagues He then calked me a DHEAD to them & laughed.
This was my experience of GSF in saltash on Saturday morning the 6/4/25.

Update: they refunded me because my order had been lost in the system so added an extra star. GSF, if you look over the real reviews and not the fake ones, you'll see similar feedback- sort it out!

Placed an order last week and charged with money leaving my bank. Paid for special delivery all items in stock. Now over a week; I've used livechat with no reply; I've used the contact form with no reply; I've tried ringing them but they are impossible to get hold of. If I don't get a resolution I will start the chargeback process because this is now a disputed payment.

I recently had a disappointing experience with GSF Car Parts. I ordered spark plugs scheduled for today, but they never arrived. Upon contacting customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and discovered that Evri hadn't even received my package. Additionally, GSF provided the wrong delivery address, causing further delays. This experience has been frustrating, and I will not be purchasing from them again.
