I bought 4L Castrol Magnatec 5W-30 C2 X 4 on offer for £30.24 each so a total of £120.96 I haven't received them and when I contacted them they offered me a refund but i requested a replacement they claimed the item is out of stock, they cancelled my order and refunded me so i checked their website for the same item It was available but for £10 more each.

Ordered parts online, wrong parts sent, was told to return parts to a store for a full refund, employee said this happens regularly, had to fill out a form to get refunded, I did get refunded but not the full amount, i received £10.81 on a £14.76 order, the 2nd was refunded £12.40 on a £16.35 order, so im out of pocket because of their mistake.
Do not buy online from this place.

Returns is pretty poor too. if you shop online and click and collect. I received a hand written slip not even an official printed reciept for a refund when I returned my click and collect items. I had to wait a while for someone to process it after I’d handed the items back.
Tbf I left thinking something is going to go wrong with my return.

"If It’s Out of Stock, Don’t Accept the Order!!!"
I ordered 5 bottles of 1-litre oil from GSF Car Parts, ( order number : 1005522240) but they sent me one 5-litre gallon instead. If the 1-litre bottles weren’t in stock, why did they accept the order?
Even worse, there’s a clear price difference between buying five separate 1-litre bottles and a single 5-litre container. Each 1-litre bottle was priced at £12 pounds and no adjustment was made.
Now I have to go through the hassle of requesting a refund or disputing the charge just to recover around £35. That’s not right!
If you’re ordering from GFS Car Parts, be ready for the stress of wondering whether you’ll receive the correct items and whether the amount charged will be fair. This experience was far from professional, and I expect a proper refund.

Ordered parts a number of times now on the app with a reg number and a discount. But found the parts were wrong on collection, the correct parts on both occasions more expensive and the discount code could not now be used. Taking my business back to Euro Parts.Just a shame I must have spent £500 with GSF over the last year.

Only needed a battery, not available at my 2 nearest stores so had to trundle to Openshaw.... What a wait..., why can't they sort out Collection orders ready for the customer to collect... the wife was not pleased sat in the car for half an hour , good news , got the battery bad news , being pestered by emails asking me to collect ( was collected 6 days ago..)
