"Perfectly located in the heart of…"

Perfectly located in the heart of London, many main spots within walking distance. Had a 2 bedroom appartement. Kitchen equipped with everything you need (oven, microwave, toaster, fridge inkl. freezer.

"Clean but small"

Clean, tidy and a great location. Unfortunately the photos don't differentiate between the different size apartment. Mine was particularly small which if I'd known I would've booked a larger one.

"Dangerous & hot which let it down"

Canning Town - 14 Shirley Street, Floor 3 Flat 8 The apartment itself and the service from the team on the phone number and email were great, however a couple of things that do need noting.

1. The main front door has a very dangerous handle which meant that my finger got trapped in the heavy fire style door as the handle is a) upside down and b) too close to the edge. This has left me with a severely damaged fingertip and a fully black nail and finger bed. If I could have got to an xray department I would expect it to be broken as a week later it is still unusable.

2. The electricity board buzzed on and off all of the time, all through the night. We contacted the call centre however no one came to take a look. The answer was it was from next doors toilet. I have a video and this is completely not the case. It woke us up through the night.

3. The windows are all dislodged and do not hang correctly so difficult to open and close.

4. The main patio door wont open due to the curtain track being hung in the way, very dangerous and awkward.

5. The heating isnt controllable and with the windows that do not open properly the apartment was like a sweatbox.

Thankfully the apartment was spotlessly clean. The area outside the apartment was filthy.

We wont stay again.

"Mostly great"

Mostly great - for me the location was perfect and better value for money than a hotel room. It was a little loud at night but not too bad. Cleanliness was mostly good except the floors. I've dropped a star because the floors were absolutely filthy, it was obvious they hadn't been cleaned recently. There was even a sticky spot right next to the bed where someone had obviously split a drink. Disgusting!

I loved staying here the apartments are perfect for everything and have everything you could need for cooking and cleaning i had a lovely balcony and immaculately clean and maintained I stayed here for 15 months and loved living here I'm going to miss staying here as they are perfect for long term and short term stay I would say there is no cons here only all pros can't wait to stay here again 😊

"Pros and cons"

Appartment had all basics we needed and an awesome location. Nicely decorated and clean.
To name the few disadvantages, it was a 4th floor without lift (I travelled with an elder), bed was a bit small for 2, and it was difficult to make the pinpad work (even following the owner's instructions step by step).

"A really lovely apartment"

We really enjoyed our stay on Vincent Square. It was such an ideal location for the main tourist attractions and great to have the extra space, compared with a hotel room only.

Check-in was easy as there was a key box on the wall and we were sent the code to access it.

The apartment was really well presented, clean and spacious. It appeared to have been recently refurbished. The kitchen was equipped with enough utensils for basic cooking.

The only negatives were: very thin walls so we could hear the people in the next flat very clearly at points. I would advise taking ear plugs at night and then this wouldn’t be an issue.
Also the mattress in the bedroom wasn’t very comfy - very hard. But that was a personal preference.

Overall a great stay.
