"Nice apartments"

Nice apartments. very spacious (i rented the studio). Great kitchen and equipment. Bit warm sometimes as no way of cooling them apart from standalone fans. Studios facing the street (Number 2) so was a little bit noisy from street noise as the windows are not very thick. But overall very good, nice area, near to the tube (Bakerloo line) with coffee bars and restaurants close by. Would stay again

"Horrendous experience"

First of all, let's talk about how a 3-person family was given 1 toilet roll for 5 days.
The biggest problem, was that we were travelling with our 18-month toddler, which we specifically mentioned in the booking we made and there was no crib for her when we arrived.

We had to ask them to give us a bed for the baby, which we paid 50 GBP for and there was no mattress, bedding, no sheets, no blanket, nothing. So we had to lay towels on the bed for her to sleep on and thank God I had an extra baby blanket with me.
The customer service was horrendous, they just told us that this is what we get for the price and that's it.

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone, even though this is not a cheap accommodation, they are providing the bare minimum and are totally unreluctant to help or please their guests.

My stay was very pleasant, and the apartment was rated by Booking.com, as it was not the first experience of staying.

الشقة موقعها قريب من السنتر وقريبه من بيكر ستريت وفيه كل الكافيهات والمطاعم وقريبه من محطة ماريلبون تبعد ست دقايق مشي وهي محطة اللي تودي الى الاوت ليت بيستر فليج ،، موقع الشقه جدا امن وفريق الشركة سريعين بالاستجابه لما تواجهون اي مشكله ،، سكنت في استديو مساحة الاستديو تقريبا 36 متر الحمام منفصل عن الغرفة وايضا المطبخ منفصل عن الغرفة مساحة الاستديو تكفي شخصين فقط ،، فريق التدبير المنزلي ينظفون الشقه كل اسبوع ،، اقامتي بهذه الشقه ماكانت للمره الاولى وتم تقيم الشقه في موقع بوكيينغ بتفاصيل اكثر

ملاحظة ؛ الشركة عندها خيارات متنوعة من استديو الى غرف بالاضافة تقدرن تحجزون عن طريق موقع بوكينغ او عن طريق الشركة ويعطونكم خصم 20 ٪؜

"Nice enough"

Nice enough
The mattress was cheap and not comfortable
The sofa fabric was ripped
The electric door lock didn’t work and locked me out
When driving out of the property it is impossible to see if traffic is coming because they have built walls at the front of the property obscuring your view. Your cars wheels will be well on the pavement before seeing if a car is coming.

"Flat 2(W8 6TG) - Sleeping next to an Inverter/Compressor"

Flat 2, 17 Cheniston Gardens, Kensignton W8 6TG.
Constant disturbing loud noise from a huge machine (a Inverter/Compressor), just outside the window. The size of this machine occupies almost 2/3 of the window view.
Raised complaint on 11 March 2023.
10:21 A call followed by email 09:29
Nothing happened.
11:49 Called again but have to repeat the entire problem all over again. I was told no complaint was registered then.
12:51 An email from Jerelle(Guest service supervisor), informing possibility of a change of room.
19:08 Only able to access this email and asked to be given access code.
19:17 Called but again, have to provide the postcode for identification and repeat the entire ordeal again.
19:26 Access code given but does not work. Imagine walking up from lower ground floor to 4th floor without light outside flat 10.
After many trips up/down and calls, finally it appear to work. Unfortunately, when we went out that night, the door does not lock itself. In short, the lock is dysfunctional.

"Apartamento céntrico"

Apartamento céntrico, bien cuidado y limpio, delante de British Museum y con lugares para comer. Fácil acceso y empresa seria.
Ideal para recorrer el centro de Londres a pie, al lado de Soho y Covent Garden.
