"Great apartment"

Great apartment, really well situated in London. Very comfortable, fully equiped.

"Amazing stay at Viridian Apartments in London !"

My husband and I booked Viridian Apartments in London for a week for the New Year holidays and our stay was just great. We had all the amenities necessary for a week, the bed was comfortable, the apartment super clean, the building really secured, clean and modern, located in a street with everything you need: the gym, 2 supermarkets, 2 or 3 pubs, 2 coffee chains, a bakery, restaurants, and shops and it's a 5 mins walk from the Underground station. The check-in and check-out are well organised and detailed, zero issues. I would book it again !

"Too noisy at night because of people/kids running around till 3am"

Unfortunately they were people/kids (10 pairs of shoes in front of the ap door 14) running around till 3am. No way to sleep even with earplugs! I contacted Viridian Ap. and went upstairs to kindly ask the guests for understanding but no improvement. We have kids ourselves and do understand, but this was for all of us too much. 3 nights in row with not enough sleep! PLEASE do not put families with smaller children in the upper ap.
Our ap. 12 was very nice. Just a bit on the cold side.

"Great Location"

The apartment was very clean and in a great location for our needs. However, the beds were not very comfortable. My husband and son found them harder than normal. I felt a few springs near my hip the first night. While Viridian was easy to get a hold of and talk to, the holiday made it difficult to get the issue fixed. Not their fault exactly, but it sucked to have to deal with it for the time we stayed there.

"Better than a hotel room!"

Better than a hotel room. Great location. Very clean and well equipped with the basic essentials. Secure off street parking was great. All round well worth using and I’ll book again. And the customer services number were very helpful and amenable to questions and requests.

"Most unhelpful customer service I have ever dcperurncrd"

A few of the issues were as follows. When we asked before booking we were told we could check in around midday but they wouldn’t let us check in then even though flat was ready. We would not have booked the apartment if we were told it was a 4pm check in as on this occasion we needed an earlier check in Said there was parking but you had to pay to park in Travrlodge car park. Said entrance was near bus stop. No bus stop. Electronic keypad on door wasn’t working properly because battery was low. They entered the flat when we were out without permission. All 3 of us couldn’t get a phone signal on our mobiles and the internet went down on our last full day and never came back. No interest in sorting it out. I needed the WiFi to work. I understand that things can be wrong but they were so unhelpful when we had a problem. We stayed at the Kew Appartnents which were a good location but not worth the hassle. We had a baby with us so not being able to get in when we were told we could was an issue. Needless to say the ramp for pram/ wheelchair wasn’t working.

"Very good price/quality rate"

The appartement is well equiped and clean, espacially the bathroom (looks brand new). The area is calm and with all the facilities around (excellent bakery - for a French it's important). It is well located, near a subway station (less than 10 min). And you can be downtown (Piccadilly) in 25 min. Perfect to enjoy London at reasonnable price.

The only small details : the window was not soundproof and just in front of a crossway with biping traffic lights. A bit annoying early in the morning.

Our arrival was a bit difficult because the agency failed to send me the email with the number of the appartement and the access code. But one quick phone call and it was fixed.
