"Amazed"

We were amazed by the functionality of this apartment. It's very close to Hammersmith Station which provided easy travel around London. The Internet speed was astounding. The apartment was very clean and spacious for our family. The kitchen has everything you need. Even thought we arrived late at midnight, we still checked in contactlessly. In one word, astonishing.

"Perfect stay at Viridian Apartments-Queens Park"

I stayed at Viridian Apartments-Queens Park with my family. The room was very neat and comfortable and the location was perfect for everything (close to the station both tube and overground, grocery stores, cafes & bars, park, Sunday market etc!).
Also the staffs here were all very kind and responded to my questions very quick.
I strongly recommend this place to stay!

"Great location, lacking maintenance and poor bedding."

The apartment had a great location, but was way older than what the pictures showed and lacked maintenance.

Broken shower head, stained floors, heavy cigarette smell, swollen wood and kinda-broken doors on kitchen cabinets due to humidity. The pillows were awfully thin, and only two were provided per double bed.

If I had the option, I would have given a six star rating. One of the most wonderful places I have stayed in many years. What is shown is what you get which is the best part, and specifically, the hygiene and cleanliness are of high standards.

"Great location"

Great location, great flat, but the code to the flat didn´t work when we tried to check in. Took some time before we got the new code on email. They were quite helpful on the phone, though.
