"No sé ni cómo calificarlos "
Para no hacerlo muy largo lo resumo en varios puntos:
1- Yo había reservado el apartamento en el 120 de Barons Court. Nadie nos avisó del cambio hasta que estando allí en la puerta y tras llamar porque no nos habian enviado las instrucciones del check in nos envían la nueva dirección.
2- No encontrábamos el nuevo apartamento y el servicio de ayuda nos colgaba cada vez que llamamos para preguntar. Al final tuvimos que llamar al servicio de ayuda español que nos ayudó en lo que pudo. ( No sin antes indicarnos que el equipo de Flying Butler no les hacía ni caso).
3- Yo había solicitado 4 camas y aquí me entero que ningún apartamento tiene 2 camas en un cuarto. (Esto quizá fue error de la agencia en Madrid que no lo confirmó ok).
4- Una de las cosas que viene anunciada en la página web es que tiene cafetera. Al llegar lo pregunto y me dicen que no. Aquí si que mi agencia llamó para confirmar y se le dijo que si que había cafetera de capsulas en el apartamento. Encima tengo que aguantar que alguno de las personas que me atendió me dijese que si que teníamos cafetera refiriéndose al hervidor de agua. Como si fuésemos idiotas y no supiesemos la diferencia entre hervidor de agua y una cafetera.
5- La lavadora está desenchufada. Pregunto y me dicen que van a venir a mirarlo. Después de varios días soy yo la que se decide a enchufar la lavadora en un enchufe pero tengo que quitar la WiFi porque no hay otro enchufe. Es decir, nadie ha venido a arreglarlo.
6- La caja fuerte no ha funcionado desde que vinimos. Lo hemos solicitado desde el primer día y siempre se nos dice que van a venir pero ahí sigue sin poder usarse.
7- Los radiadores no funcionan. Los hemos reportado desde el principio y siempre se nos dice que han venido y que funcionan. Les he dicho que cuando vayan a venir me avisen para verlo con ellos ya que alguno no está ni enchufado pero aquí nadie ha venido.
8-Hoy hemos hecho una semana aquí y no ha venido nadie a hacer la limpieza semanal que ofertan en su web y se lo habíamos pedido.
Por último, llevo 2 días pidiéndoles que me manden la documentación para poner una queja formal y ni me contestan al teléfono.

The Viridian appartment was very nice, convenient and comfortable. It is very well located, near all we need, and 3 tube stations and bus stops. We would like to stay here again during our next stay in London.

"Great location and well serviced with a…"
Great location and well serviced with a wide range of public transport options. Borough Market is minutes away, as is Tower Bridges. M&S Food and a Tesco Express across the road. Great bed linens, towels, comfortable bed. Good fridge, nice bathroom. Good security. Air conditioner needs its bucket emptied of water every day. But.. two rolls of toilet paper for a six day stay and two pods for the washing machine is pretty poor considering the cost of staying here. Six pods and four toilet rolls wouldn’t break the bank, and neither would a pint of fresh milk. A couple of teabags and coffee sachets were provided. I’m used to places in Australia that have salt and pepper shakers, oil and vinegar… a few small items to get you started, and enough tea and coffee for the whole stay, and to leave behind for the next guest. No arrangements for emptying the garbage bin… pretty awful having a bin full of food scraps for 6 days. Terrible water pressure in the shower… really weak and hard to rinse hair of shampoo etc with that trickle. I like this apartment but I wouldn’t stay here again. Check out at 10am is early. I am in another apartment in London now: large supplies of fresh milk, laundry pods, 11am check out, plenty of toilet paper and garbage collection arrangements. Again, lovely apartment and great location but need to fine tune what’s on offer for such a high cost.

"Solid C+ stay"
The good. Great locations with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores.
The bad. The building is super noisey. You hear everything in this building. The beds are super old and need to be replaced. Slept on the sofa half the time.
Overall the place is decent because everything is walking distance. If you're a light sleep, might want to look elsewhere.

"Wembley Apartments "
We booked an apartment for AC/DC in Wembley, the location was fantastic, close to 2 stations for the tube/overground and a 10 minute walk to the stadium. When we arrived we had a small problem and we were put into an apartment that we didn't book, we rang guest services and within 2 minutes of the call ending we were given the information to check into another apartment. I can't fault anything. Thank you
