"Spacious and clean location in Queens Park"

Clean, very spacious for 2 people traveling, and close to 2 stations, restaurants and shops. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Although located on the ground floor, the bedroom side was not on the street so it was not an issue. You could ear though the cross walk sound but not during the night. The check in and check out instructions were clear. Kitchen well furnished even though we personally did not use it. Lovely neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean and spacious. Very convenient location. Alisha was very quick and very responsive. Long story short, we had a great stay and my Viridian's staff was superb. I will only use them when I am in London. I am a fan!

Great location! Cleaniness and punctuality not so great!
Check in was delayed till 6pm. Carpet and floor not properly vacuumed.
No amenities such as tissue box, soap, etc…..only provided toilet paper.

"Converted church experience"

Well presented property, located close to public transport. I enjoyed the fact that the property has lots of natural light coming in from all rooms and had a very spacious, airy feel. It was tastefully decorated and had everything in terms of sufficient cutlery/crockery. There was also a wine chiller, in addition to the fridge. Bed was very comfy, good supply of towels and room was nice and warm at night. I would definitely use these apartments again.

Given the wrong door code so unable to enter on arrival. Contacted Viridian (no apology given for their mistake and our inconvenience) and was sent a working code 5 mins later.
Flat was nice and fresh and clean but dark - it's a basement flat which I didn't know until after I'd booked.
Great location for Queens and Barons Court station but actually backs onto rail line so trains passing every five minutes.

Very nice accommodations, my family and I loved it and didn’t want to leave! Everything was new and updated. Very clean and the communication was super fast. Excellent location as well! We WILL be back!

The location of the building was awesome on the edge of Mayfair a block and a half away from oxford street - 3 blocks from selfridges and a block and a half away from st Christopher’s place (loads of restaurants) .
The apartment had a huge living room 1 bedroom which was well sized and another quite small … the fasciitis’s were as described. Thier housekeeping team was awesome . Robert the concierge was very knowledgeable and everready to help . Caitlan was another very helpful person . This was my first experience of having stayed in an apartment as opposed to a full service hotel & I really hit it out of the park with this choice …
The only thing I would request them is to allow a little later time to check out 10 am is rather too early and that too when one has been on a holiday for 8 days they did stretch it to 11 however a little flexibility on this front would be really appreciated.
