"Good, but be aware"

We stayed in Flat 3 for 8 nights.
In general, a good apartment and location. However, be aware:
-Design:
1) This is a 2 stories apartment with tight helical/spiral stairs connecting them.
2) The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are downstair.
3) Bedrooms are tight and there is barely any space to move/walk around the beds.
-Service/Amenities:
1) The bathroom sink was clogged, and I had to buy a drain opener product to treat it.
2) There was no tissue paper in the whole apartment for facial or hand use neither in the living or kitchen.
3) There were only 2 toilet paper rolls (not new but used with only few yards left) in the bathroom.
My expectation is that someone should do a thorough inspection on the apartment readiness before the check in of next resident to ensure the apartment is operationally fully ready and there is nothing missing on basics amenities.

"Absolutely awful"

Absolutely awful. If I could give zero stars I would! Far too many issues to list. From the cleaning to the ‘guest services’ to management. Nobody cares. Complaints fell on death ears. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! You have been warned.

Many more friendly, professional and helpful serviced apartments out there.

"Great flat, but beware the temperature!"

The attention and details before we arrived were wonderful. I received confirmation emails, a courtesy call to ensure I had everything I needed, and prompt responses to the message board. Thank you!! I felt valued and confident that I knew where I was going, and that we would be in good hands. The flat when we arrived was clean, cute, reflective of the online images, and well stocked with the essential toiletries and paper products for our overnight stay. The rooms very clean and the orderly. The bed and bedding was clean and comfortable. All was great except that the temperature in the hallway (once you pushed through the fire door) and the flat itself was unbearably hot. The windows did not open enough to provide any relief and even 7-8 hours later it was still oppressively overheated to the point where we could not sleep. Someone next door was smoking out their window which was then pouring into our windows. We had a young child with us and with the second hand smoke coming right in, it was unacceptable— the only relief to the heat was to have those windows open.
The fan was invaluable! We would have not survived without it, and could have used a few more. We called the provided service number but got not answer.
We also did not have any spoons, knives or forks for eating, and had to go down the street to a coffee shop to get disposable ones.
The safe did not seem to work - but could have been my frustration seeping in from the heat. (You may want to check the safe functionality just in case)
Overall it would have been amazing and 10 out of 10 were it not for the relentless tropical conditions that made the flat unlivable.
