Excellent apartment: functional, warm, clean.
Excellent customer service: committed, reliable, and kind.
Excellent location: safe, easy-reaching, walking distance to downtown/railway station/supermarkets/shopping center.
We spent two full months in the apartment. We fully recommend it.

Instruction to find and enter the property were simple and clear. Security is very good and there are a number of codes to get into lifts, corridors and the apartment.

Overall I thought the apartment was high quality and everything had been thought of for guests. I would normally pay more per night at a budget hotel - and this had far more than you would get in terms of facilities and comfort.

I will use these apartments in the future. There is limited facilities directly outside, there is a Tesco express and some fast food places. But its a 10 minute walk. At night I would probably feel safer getting an uber - but that's my personal preference.

Overall an excellent apartment for the price.

I felt very safe the door to the building was a code and there was also a code to the room which was renewed 24hours later. The room was comfortable and very modern. The kitchen facilities with up to date appliances and was extremely clean. the bathroom had an automatic light and was modern and clean, plenty of fluffy towels!
The only down side was that I was expecting a small living room away from the bedroom, and the bathroom drain did smell at certain times but this would not stop me from coming again.

Fantastic location
Around the corner from the British Museum. We had apartment 6 on the top floor. Spacious bedroom, open plan kitchen and living room, good bathroom. Only negative is the three flights of stairs so be wary if you are traveling with large or heavy cases.

Amazing. Key code lets you Straight into the plush apartment, no messing around. They have thought of everything you’d need for any length of stay. Incredibly clean. Very cosy. Black out curtains and quiet room mean you can sleep undisturbed.. aesthetically pleasing. I could go on!

"Wir durften völlig unbürokratisch…"

Wir durften völlig unbürokratisch früher einchecken. Die 60 Stufen zur Wohnung waren unser allabendliches Workout. Die Wohnung war ausgestattet mit allem was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Es war sogar Kaffee und Tee da und Beautyprodukte im Bad. Einziges Manko waren die schlecht isolierten Fenster, der Strassenlärm war schon sehr laut. Für uns war das nicht so schlimm, wir waren abends ziemlich kaputt und das Bett war wirklich bequem.

Very clean apartmentand very well equipped. Has everything and in very good condition. Seems secure. Kitchen very well equipped. On the road and windows not double glazing so can hear traffic, but at night it's a quiet area so not a problem.
