The flat was amazing, all new, clean and had everything we needed! It’s also not far from the centre of London!

"Utterly awful in every way"

Utterly awful in every way. Left standing in the freezing cold for multiple hours with no way to get into our apartment. No emails sent with check in instructions and nobody on the phone could give us any answer as to how to get in. Paid good money for a hideous experience, avoid them at all costs.

Internet not worked properly for 3 days. Helpline of no use. Cannot work because of this. Please can you fix the poor Internet at the Alexandra Road Apartments in Farnborough.

* cleaning are not done at all on daily basis.
* tissues are not available in living room
* no proper instructions on how to turn the heating system on.
* towels must be changed daily.

"Unmet Expectations: Smaller Property and Service Challenges"

The property was much smaller than what was shown during the purchase. The upstairs area was noisy, and you could often hear people outside on the street, occasionally peeking through the window. The service was nearly non existent, and honestly, it wasn’t really needed since Tesco was just a 3-minute walk away. The property was equipped with a mini kitchen, washing machine common for the hall entrance, but the bathroom was too small for a shower. The service was disappointing – I had requested to cancel one night with a two-day notice, but I was told it was non-cancellable and offered to postpone for the next time, which was the same generic response. The following day, I asked for a late checkout, but there was no response. Overall, the service was subpar, property was ok, but won't book again.

"All we needed for a good trip to London "

The apartment was extremely clean, well fitted out with all we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower large and modern. In terms of location it was close to a couple of tube stations which were convenient for getting into the centre of London. The self check in system meant we didn't need to worry about keys or access cards.

"Great apartment, needs to be better equipped"

Lovely apartments, high spec, spacious, good location, however, could be better equipped. they advertise a 'tea/coffee maker', this is actually a kettle! There wasn't a chopping board/bread board, nothing to cut/prep food on. If you just want it as a base, and are not planning on cooking much, it is a great choice, just feel it could be slightly better equipped.
