I scheduled flights THAT WERE OFFERED ON THE SITE, then you have to verify everything after you pay, and then they wanted to change the non-refundable flight to different days after placing the order for those specific days and times. The website doesn't say anything about dates may vary, and has changed the dates........... If I wanted to keep the same flights, I would have had to pay $2000 more than what my flights that were offered!!!!!! I still had to chan my flights to a different airport that is 2hr. away and return to a different airport with different times and still had to pay $800 more. That doesn't include gas for the 2hr. drive and fees on having to get back to my truck that is an hour away at a different airport!!!!!!

I booked a flight only to be called the next day and told that they over booked that flight and I’d have to get another. Ok, fine. My options were pathetic, as my only options were to cancel my ticket and not get my money back or pay for a flight double the cost of my original ticket. Keep in mind, I bought the original ticket due to it being on sale! So after going back and forth with some dude in India for over an hour, being put on hold for well over twenty minutes several times, finally I’m able to start the process of getting another ticket. Of course, they have to transfer me to another person to pay the extra money but sent me this shady looking email link with an address for their “headquarters”. Since they love taking their time, I took the time to look up this address and found that it wasn’t even a business. Just some house for sale in Florida. Yeah no. Some extremely rude and nasty woman comes in the phone and refuses to answer my questions. Continuously interrupting me and not giving me a chance to speak whatsoever. Only demanding money money money. So admittedly, I asked if she was stupid and there was silence. I guess only SHES allowed to be disrespectful because she said she wasn’t going to talk to me if I talked to her like that. So I said she must be an idiot because she’s been nothing but a rude jerk this entire time. Was that nice of me? Nope. Do I care? Not a bit. Because what a way to treat customers by demanding money and not answering any questions. She finally decides she’s got a cow to go worship because she says she’s got to go and transfers me to someone else. Someone much nicer who admitted they didn’t have an answer to my questions, but had very good manners and was civil. So I paid my dues and wished this gentleman a good day. Never outsource your labor from India. They suck.
