I was looking around for broadband and Kay rang me up. She was polite, calm and informative.
Gave me a good deal, and answered my answered my queries spot on.
Haven't checked speeds yet. Hoping it be good.

No Good at all.... Fibre connected but getting very poor connection speeds so spoke to Shay who ran tests with me who referred it back to City Fibre said will call the next day to see if the issue was resolved still not heard from him and internet speed still appalling.
4 days later still not resolved.
