"Very quick pleasant experience "

Meghan who installed my new broadband was very polite and kept me informed during the full process. This probably should have been a 2 person job but she worked her hardest to ensure I didn’t get a second visit. Once fitted she fully explained how to work the new broadband and left when I was happy.

Appalling! When I researched prior to swapping over I saw a trust pilot rating of 4.6….. make of this what you will….
4 days with no internet since swapping over at the end of my previous contract. Spent around 5 hours (collectively) on hold to be told the issue is with city fiber not recognising the routers 4th utility issue……. How long will it take to rectify this???? We don’t know……….
I’m no project manager but……… surely to God this issue was considered? Or it’s a lie……
Was sucked in as this lot were cheaper than my previous provider but…… buy cheap buy twice…..

Very easy simple.process, done on WhatsApp, sorted within 5 mins, engineer came..Jake...lovely fella polite and chatty, was quick simple and done and explained everything. Everything sorted and done in a matter of days. Install really quick. Fab all round.

My first call was with Kay and I was ready to switch. What was supposed to be a sales question continued further into technical and I was amazed at the knowledge and the care Kay took to painstakingly answer all my weird questions.
TLDR - Those who wish to use own routers, I recomend 4th utility and they provide high speed internet at lesser than the prices charged by some of the big names.
