Absolute joke of a company, they came and installed my broadband and left without it connected and told it would take 24hrs. The mess they left behind was terrible in my house and outside, hence the complaints from my neighbours. So after 24hrs, still no connection so called again to be told it would be another 24hrs so waited yet again and guess what? No connection still. Anyways six days later still nothing so have cancelled and went elsewhere. I would advise anyone to avoid it’s not worth the time and stress!!!!

Phoned 4th utility to set up full fibre broadband.The person who helped sort the installation and contract type was called KAY, she was so helpful explaining the cost,installation,even got 1month free on a 12 month contract and all installed at no extra cost will put another review when all up and running.

The internet is not stable, with many interruptions. I'm frozen for 1-2 mins on every call and sometimes there is no connection at all. Indeed the pricing offer may be attractive, but if not performing at all, there is no offer. Avoid!!!
