Spoke with Elyess on two occasions today both times he was very patient with my poor explanation and managed to sort out my problem by the end of the second phone call. Fantastic customer service from this company. I never write reviews but this needed to be said.

4th Utility was the first ISP to approach us following work by CityFibre to provide full fibre broadband to our village. The initial contact with the customer services/sales team was extremely helpful and professional. Recognising there remained some groundworks to be completed before we could be connected, 4th Utility kept us updated on progress and were clearly interacting with CityFibre to ensure the work was done. Throughout the process, staff at 4th Utility have been friendly, knowledgeable and always clear with their explanations. Subsequently, I have had a very helpful discussion with Chris (sales) about the switching process. The installation work was quick, clean and tidy, and the activation process straightforward.
Although we have only had fibre to the premises for a few weeks, it is proving to be far more reliable, faster and cheaper than with our previous ISP. I would highly recommend 4th Utility

He answered all my qustions with no problems and made me feel secure the move was the right thing to do.
I am so glad I have moved from Sky.

"In a word"
In a word, crap! The service is crap, the customer contact experience is crap. I have a 1 gig synchronous service that is utter pish, downloads are constantly ranging from 100 to 800 meg and I do mean constantly to the point it is impossible to stream anything without constant jitter. As for upload it never ever climbs above 550 meg. Lastly I have spent countless hours on hold trying to reach their so called tech support to no avail so I reckon it will be a vote with my feet time and dump this shit on its arse.
