Kay was very friendly, quick and easy process. Switching was easy because they do it all for you. Quick 15min conversation, takes the stress out of it all.. I’ve yet to experience the installation process. But up until now it’s been pretty simple

Set up take over date, sent me router didn’t work. Each time on the phone over 45 mins then finally said well send you a new router by mail. Arrived today, it doesn’t connect either. I’ve been calling all day, no reply. Now had no WiFi for 2 full days. I am self employed and have lost business. AVOID at all costs

"Horrible service and customer service"

The service doesn’t work without any notification. Contacted customer services and they gave different words. One said I will be contacted within 24h, another said I will be contacted within 72h. No further action to solve problems. Customer service is horrible. No contact with their second line team, no engineer support. The service is nerve as same as what the described on their website. It says 900MB plan, the speed never arrived and not even half. They are not providing the service the promised in the contract. However, their speed of sending bills and collecting money is rapid. My problem hasn’t solved yet, the monthly bill has already come. After finish this contract, I will never use this company service again. Do not recommend it to anyone.
