"very bad experience with internet provider"
I have been calling your company for two days and the calls are answered only after 40 minutes.the representative was unable to help me because one of them asked if I had the plugs connected properly.another phone call today and what's more you sent me an invoice where I have to pay for the internet which I can't even use I haven't downloaded a single megabyte from you. It is very stressful for me, I am very disappointed with you. I think you will cancel your services because I have 14 days from the moment of signing the contract to do so.

"4th Utility utter rubbish"
Having been attracted by the competitive price and ethos that this company was projecting in the marketing as being an essential service (gas, electric, water and internet!), I began the transition from BT to 4 utility.
Having recieved the confirmation from them of my tranfer date and DD setup, I was waiting to hear about an installation progress. No communication came through. Then this Monday, whilst at work, my wife informs me there is a technician outside installing a new line. Ok, let that one go. Then that evening my son gets back from school complaining there is no internet. I try and phone 4th Utility - nothing - after listeing to their frustratingly annoying hold music for 45 mins I hang up. Try again the next morning day - same - no answer after 1/2 hour.
I call BT - they send an engineer the next day (Wednesday / today). Turns out the 4th Utility engineer has ripped the BT fibre out whilst installing their cable. BT now have to put a new line back in from the juntion box 100 meters down the street. I am still without internet and still on hold with 4th ulitity, still listening to their terrible hold music.
My advice- dont use this company - their marketing and ethos is so far removed from the actual service it should be crime.

Excellent customer service. Phoned at 6.30 pm expecting answering service. To change my broadband from Vodafone 40Mbps £22 a month, to top 1000Mbps £25 a month, yearly £3 extra for inflation. Have not received my router yet. But going on costumer reviews should be no problem. Kay the sales operative excellent communicator answered all my questions straight forward and with clarity. Extremely well spoken, and friendly. Hope you visit Scotland. 6 STARS.

"Absolute garbage"
Absolute garbage. Completely useless trash service.
Tried to set up a PRE INSTALLED Internet service only to have them miss four separate appointments in three working days, and on three of those missed appointments I had to call them! They rewarded me with a nice forty minute hold before I cancelled my service. Avoid like the plague.

Easy to switch spoke to Cole who answered all my questions about the deal. All done very professionally and quickly. Saved over £25 per month compared with my current supplier for a better service.

Once I found my way to a human, the service received was excellent. Having lost my Broadband in the early hours of the morning and later in the morning, Shay (technical service), quickly and effectively guided me through a reboot type of procedure involving both interior 'boxes' and I was soon back on the internet continuing my urgent work.
