Initial experience was very good and all went well until the first engineer arrived and concluded that he was not qualified to deal with the issues faced.and a specialist team would be sent out. After several days of chasing for a new installation date I was told there was a wait of several more days before a specialist engineer could be sent and no indication of when the new install date could be scheduled . Without any internet access in our property I tried another provider who said they could install quickly. Unfortunately they also failed for different reasons so I went back to 4th utility. Despite a specialist team not being sent out, the amazing team found a solution , called ina specialist who arrived very soon after and were able to get us up and running within a few hours.
Our property was a real challenge and we would have been unable to access broadband for several weeks or months without the brilliant work done my Mark and his team .

The material for my new 4th Utility Internet arrived, as promised, on time and very well packed.
The correspondance as to what is going to happen was timely and clear.
The engineers from City Fiber who came to install the OTC box for 4th Utility were top class and tonight my Internet is functioning very smoothly, thank you very much.

So basically there was a blockage outside my house under the concrete and i almost gave up on the fibre fast internet.. But 4th utility didn't give up they whatever needed to be done and i have got lightning fast internet today.. Thank you so so much you guys did a very good job..

"Avoid terrible install issues left with no service"

Install completed yesterday and engineer (3rd party) left having not set up the internet like our last provider did, they left saying WiFi should come on in 24hrs. It did not. Just as other customers report, on hold to 4th utlity for over an hour and still waiting 2 days running. I have logged a complaint and will be cancelling within the cooling off period. Worst customer care ever experienced. We shall be taking our business elsewhere.

Service support a total joke. On April 23rd i experienced total loss of service, called them, told to wait for an engineer to contact me. Ever since I am calling every day twice, spending at least 40 mine on the waiting line. Two days ago i was told an engineer would come to the address by 6 pm(nobody came). Yesterday i called to complain again the total loss of service and the engineer MIA, I was told today an engineer would call me and will be at my address(nobody called, nobody came). I called again support service, after 45 mins of waiting, somebody answered and I was put on hold again for a further investigation, while waiting suddenly I was hung up. Total trash representatives…a bad joke. As a result I closed the direct debit with them(got lucky I chose not to be on the contract with them instead I paid monthly. You can shove up your arse your support, engineers and everybody else whos accepting this lack of common sense.
