Signed up for 12 month contract. Didn't work for 3 months. Eventually sorted. Informed company I was leaving and that the contract was concluding. They have since billed me and it's impossible to get through on the phone (I've currently hit 45 minutes waiting this morning). I have little other recourse, if they continue to bill me and fail to respond to attempts to contact them, than legal proceedings. I'd be very careful choosing these cowboys...

Brilliant engineer very knowledgeable. Cables hard to see and engineer helped keep the WiFi router hidden. When ordering was told one date for the install and it got changed only a couple of days before which didn’t help as the install was now after moving in.

Sadly leaving the service as moved home. I can confirm however, after 2 years I never once had a drop in service, even as a custom PC gamer. In addition, the service with closing the account was so straightforward and simple. Note well done to Jayne for excellent customer service.

This issue has bugged me for a month or so and I didn’t get very far with a few different people I had to find out what was wrong my self from the other parties. I phoned today and a person called shay fixed the issue within half an hour with no issues. Really thankful for the help.
