We lost our internet for 4 days , we rang 4th utility and TBH the 1st person we spoke to was really poor and just logged it , the 2nd person was a lot more helpful but it was Joe S the engineer who was brilliant!!
Very professional, very polite and bent over backwards to get it up and running, just before we booked on a home visit he got us to check the fibre optic cable ( this should of been asked before ) and even tho it didn't look like it was loose a quick push and hey presto we have internet!!

Joe was so apologetic about this as we could of had the internet a few days ago if we were told to check this cable!!

I couldn't fault Joe, he turned a bad experience it a Positive so a big thank you to him!!

Recently got 4th utility installed for scotland. Then find out the ip address isn't just mine it's everyone's not private. Had Russia try hack me then I asked if I will get my tv back as it Russia I wasn't getting any youtube as it was in Russian then no netflix. Phoned up said I could pay for static one. I said will that work he said not in my area. Been problems from the start to finish. Customer service so poor they get people to send you email saying they will phone back. Still waiting on that call and compensation

Started looking for broadband offers in the early hours.
My dad's an ex broadband engineer, so I sought his advice on who to go with.
He pulled up 4th Utility for me, told me of the deal that he had found and that it was brilliant speed and at a great price.
That was at 8:30am.
I've used 4th utility WhatsApp chat, conversed with the lovely and efficient COLE. He has gone through a simple process with me that required minimal effort, the deal he offered me aligned with what my dad had found.
A smooth offer of various available dates for set up, chose one, only a week away, brilliant.
Gave my required details to complete the agreement and by 10:30am I'm one job lighter and enjoying the dopamine from completing a task I've left way too long (adhd).
