Saw some negative comments
about DeeMoney before but gave them a try because of the flat rate fee. Wasn't expecting any speed as my transfer wasn't urgent. Pleased to see the transaction was completed in two days. Easy signup, easy to use app and excellent rate. Good service all round.

I was a big Fan of Dee Money initially...transfer were credited within 2 working days. Since months now there are always delays and transfers take more then a week...every month you have to send reminders and get automated replies...very poor and would not suggest to anyone anymore.

Cant trust Deemoney service, they never transfer the money in 3-5 working days, for past 2 times, my money got transferred after at least 15 days, after calling their customer service multiple times, pathetic serice

WARNING: Do not send any money through this company as you may never see it again! It is just not true that they had some "issues" with their partners and that the delays have been resolved. They assured me the transfer would take 3-5 business days but after waiting almost two weeks my money is still "In processing". I am very worried that they may decide to never pay it at all. When companies start to behave like this it is mostly because they intend to go bankrupt. Dealing with DeeMoney is absolutely not worth the risk and heartache of not knowing what is going on!

My husband transfered money on 01 Nov, and it is still not credited to his Indian bank account. It is a huge amount and as it was delayed he had to cancel the transaction as a result of their inefficiency. Now, they said for the return, their manager will call him for the procedure to start, but there is no response. Their customer service is inefficient as well.

Deemoney steal ur money. I submitted for a transaction on September 13th. In one week they told they will refund. Not yet. They are trading using customer money and when they loose in trading they will not refund u. They will keep extending. I am going to police station this week .They blocked me from their Line and not responding to my email.

Only if I could give less than 1 star! I transferred money on 3rd September and till now they have not refunded. They keep changing the dates at their will and never have courtesy of following up.
Its been 50 days since they have held my money and have no signs of refunding it. The manager of the customer support has least concern and has no guts to face the customers directly. I have been to their office at Asok, and none of the employees even know the manager contact number! Such a hopeless staff.

There is no protocol or a process at which these refunds are made. How can deemoney refund a consumer who has transferred money after another person?

We should see them in consumer court.. That's the only way of solution
