"Worst experience ever"

Worst experience ever. I have made a transaction on 5th sept and till now I have not received refund for the failed transaction and everyday customer care is saying that it will happen "today". Have multiple mails from them on many dates since last two weeks saying it would be done on the same day but I still haven't received the refund. Cannot ever trust this service again. This will cause permanent damage to the firm's reputation.

Don't ever ever use this app. They are nothing but fraud people.
I deposited my money on 19 Sept. 2019.
After two weeks they reply your amount will be refunded. What the eff
And again after ages with multiple follow ups, stress they credited back the amount on 10 Oct.

So... The strategy to earn money is
Keep it long enough to gain interest n when purpose is solved ... Return it back.

This company can run away with money any time.

"Unreliable and hopeless service"

Unreliable and hopeless service. I have transferred money in first week of september but the amount is still not credited. They agreed to refund the amount in 3-4 working days but the amount is still not refunded. Support team have the same old excuse every time i follow-up. i see lot of my friends are facing same issue. Lost Trust in Deemoney now.

Editing post to reply to deemoney. Money not refunded on oct 9 also. I am still following up with them. Looks like a big scam.

It’s been 12 days since I transferred cash and the service claims to do it in 2-3 days, no trace of the money, no real follow up or status updates. Avoid like the plague is my recommendation

Very scary Services, please don't use the Deemoney ,your money will be blocked by them and you will not know that when it will be credit in your account and Customer Services are so cheap that they don't know anything.
Please try to Avoid Deemoney if you want your tranaction safe ,secure and on time.

DeeMoney not deserved even one rating but no option.

No timeline, No customer support, No better rate every-time.

Please don't use service of DeeMoney to send money to India or anywhere. As after sending money, first of all its take more than 7-8 days every-time and even more than 10+ days for sometime. Yes, If you want really that patience you can use. Other things related to support, Not provide good support on Line, On DeeMoney office and not even in on call as well. They use only one sentence like " Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. We are cheeking with out partner service." that's it. You can not getting more details apart from this. Not getting expected date to complete transaction in any platform in case of delay.

Go for Western Union service its far better than DeeMoney in terms of rate and support.

"Never again - legal escalation"

Withholding money since 20 days after 15 days requested "additional" information, day by day asking rendom questions to delay the transfer. Not tevaling official transaction dates. Lawyers involved now..

Its simply horrible whats is going on. As previously already stated in the reviews, customer service is basically delaying everything - conceptional driven or illiquidity?

It goes so far that we have to contact their local partner and escalate it there personally.

Its a true nightmate experience...

"Faster if you walk"

While the app per se is working fine, the actual experience is dismal. I sent money on Monday morning and now it's Wednesday evening, one week and 2 days later, and still not arrived. TH to PH. Why they call their service "fast" I don't know. The rate was about 2% off the xe.com rate and the fee was 160.50 Baht, each of which is okay, together it adds up to expensive. Anyway, given the abysmal transfer speed and worthless customer service replies I will not use them again. Whenever I contact them, they are sorry and ask for patience but NEVER give real information.

"Reliable but Slow"

Like the idea that you can send money to a bank account. But like the other review said you cannot rely in case of emergency. Dee Money still waiting I sent it on the 21st its been 10days.

"Deemoney is good but not great"

Your money is safe with DeeMoney and customer service is good, but transaction is delayed many times for me. They say 1or2 day but I received money after 4th day only sometimes more than that. In emergency case you cannot depend on this.
