I loved the look the the layering necklaces and liked it on my page, it kept popping up and couldn't resist, they came right away and love them, I wear them seperate and together which switches the look. Will order from them again!

"Poor product, worse customer service"

I purchased the Herradura Lock necklace, which has a faulty design. The screw does not have a long enough thread to secure the necklace, so with very little movement, the screw untwists and falls out. The second time I wore this necklace, that is exactly what happened and the pin got lost, rendering the necklace unusable. I reached out to customer service for a replacement and was told they would not replace, I would have to purchase a new pin for $20. They would not acknowledge the design flaw but rather told me it is not always intuitive and securing a screw may take a learning curve. As someone who has a professional background in jewelry, I am savvy enough to know this is in fact a faulty design. Selling replacement screw tells me this is an issue they are aware of, but rather than acknowledge and correct it, they are making customers pay to have it fixed. It would also appear they are deleting Instagram comments and fielding reviews on their website. Very suspect. Poor product, even worse customer service.

Edit: The company did reach out to me to provide a replacement pin free of charge, however, they charged me $10.99 shipping which was not discussed nor authorized by me. Frustrating to say the least.

I’ve not always been a big jewelry person, but as I mature, I’m really enjoying wearing unique and quality pieces more often. I ordered the Herradura necklace from Artizan Joyeria for a trip to Santa Fe, and I absolutely love it!! So versatile from plain white tee to little black dress. Had several compliments while traveling. My latest obsessions are the stacking bracelets and layering necklaces. Quality items at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!
