"Poor quality and horrible customer service …"

I got a bracelet and it was very poor quality-the lock was not working properly and it broke down after a couple of times wearing it.
I reached out to customer service and talked to Jessica Cohen - I have sent her pics and shared my problem.
They stop replying and I never got nether replacement nor money back.
Do not buy from them.

I was super stoked to get my order. I ordered at the beginning of June. I was hoping to wear the piece for my birthday, my husband's birthday, kids graduation, and my anniversary. Looking at the tracking it spent a month going to different areas in Miami for a month and then stalled and said it left the depot was on its way to destination. Daily I would check and I would get the same message and only the date would change. I sent and email and the original person I spoke to said it looks to be moving but if it didn't arrive in a could of days reach out and they would sent a replacement and actually said "I hope they didn't lose it". I was happy knowing that something would be done. I waited a week and messaged again. This person basically said we see it moving, wait. So I waited again for another week or 2. At this point I am less then a week away from the last event I was hoping to wear it, and had to get a refund because they seemed to have 0 interest in sending a replacement. As it stands the package is still in transit, I am sure never to arrive. I am so dissapointed as I thought the piece was stunning and I was very much looking forward to it and had intentions of buying the other necklace it tends to be paired with.

I will not be ordering from them again.

I am posting on this site to tell everyone wondering this jewelry . Yes! size is exactly right . Like a your Ring size . I have been wearing in shower or washing the dishes (sometimes) or simply just washing my hands. It didn’t turned tarnished.
I ordered coin ring size 6. The ring is so cute and looks even more elegant looking with coin dangling. I am wearing all different out with my Coin Ring. I Love it Very much! Try it! You will Love it 🫶🏼
