Absolutely beautiful jewelry pieces. I first purchased the can opener mixed necklace with charms. I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality and beauty of the jewelry. Later, I purchased a matching bracelet and it was a bit large. The customer service of exchanging my bracelet was seamless. I had my bracelet within no time and the smaller size was perfect. The quality and customer support is worth the purchase. Highly recommend.

The truth is in the photo they look beautiful, but when you have it in your hands they look low quality, I eagerly bought a set and it is not what I expected, one of the chains is so bad that my neck started to itch and it also smells to metal, I enter my order and it won't let me return the product, I don't have a good experience, cheap and expensive jewelry

What made my experience great was, the piece was beautiful. But it was too small. I love how they just jump right on it. They emailed me quickly and told me what to do. In other words, the customer service was outstanding. No BS. that's what's up.

I ordered size 8 inch bracelet. Bracelet I received measured 7” inches. Returned 7” bracelet. Received (at no extra charge) 7.5” bracelet. I gave up and did not return the 7.5” bracelet. I could not tell if I liked the bracelet because I never got it see it on my
wrist.
UPDATE: It’s now March 18, 2024 and I still have not heard from Artizan Joyeria about the bracelet I ordered. They said that they would contact me and make it right, not yet.

"Beautiful, but not easy to put on"

First, I absolutely love the look of all the jewelry, several pieces I bought are gorgeous. My only complaint is some are tricky to put on. I recently bought a necklace where the clasp opened and came off completely, I ended up losing a charm down my sink, I was disappointed. So beautiful but a shame it was difficult to put on.
