initially ordered 12 off 6W Round LUX CRI90 LED Downlight IP44 Ø 90 mm Cut-Out January 2025, got them in time and great product. ordered 100 more lights of the same in February 2025, the lights wer not in stock and was promised delivery in the begining of March, no communication from Ledkia since they took the order to update me with the order status. i have finally canceled the order on the 22nd April as they still dont have stock and cannot confirm when they will be able to fulfill the order.

Pourtant, vous avez facturé deux fois les frais de retour pour une même commande contenant deux articles identiques, ce qui est inacceptable. Face à cet abus et à ce manque de flexibilité, je prends la décision de fermer immédiatement mon compte que je venais de créer. J'irai acheter mes luminaires sur d'autres sites plus corrects

Wprowadzają klienta w błąd pisząc przy produkcie "towar w magazynie, dostawa 3-4 dni". Nie piszą, że magazyn jest za granicą. Od momentu zamówienia do wysyłki minęło już 3 dni. Takiego cwanego wprowadzania w błąd nie cierpię, więc nie polecam.
