This coffee is always very good. I can tell in my body that is doing no harm, unlike other coffees I have previous used.

The coffee tastes amazing I ordered the Stability coffee it's very clean and you don't get a come down after drinking it.

I have given 4 stars as they only delivered 2 packs out of 3 coffees , however Jallyca was on hand to sort it and sent me one out tracked delivery . Very impressed with the customer services and company and would definitely order again :)

Great coffee but unfortunately I will be buying elsewhere. Placed an order on Saturday and it still hasn’t arrived almost 1 week later!!! Customer service is terrible, I chased first time to be told 3 hours later they will check with courier “immediately” I then had to chase 3 hours later for the response to which I am still waiting for. Disappointing really to be treated like this if they put as much emphasis on customer service as they do their coffee it would be a great business. I can accept bad products (not in this case the coffee is brilliant) that’s a choice I make but bad customer service is a choice the business makes and unfortunately sours my view of their products.

"Good coffee, packaging less so"

Bought six bags of their coffee, some of which is superb, but the bags are a nightmare to open. Have tried every way I can to get into them and use the resealable function like every other coffee bag I buy from other suppliers for my aeropress,but I have had to resort to scissors each time. Perhaps it's just a faulty batch of bags.
