"Love love love this coffee!"

Love love love this coffee!! Its very hard to go back to your normal coffee after trying this.
Although expensive it's definitely worth a buy.
On that note already purchasing some more as we speak.

Initially disappointed with the delivery time and the quality of the product received, however after initially reaching out in frustration, I received communication from the founder who spent time to talk through my experience and ask for feedback on the product and service. Following some tinkering with the ground coffee I received I have been able to make it work with the machine I own. I can now say with confidence I really love the coffee, especially the Rotate, though equally some of the other flavours from the single origin and starter pack have been great.

Great coffee & optimal health is a big deal to me. I didn't realise how compromised many of the beans we use daily are! So I came across James and Balance's mission and really appreciate it. Got myself a Lion's Mane Mushroom Coffee bag and was super impressed. Great taste, lovely morning focus and most importantly... assurance this coffee is contributing to my health when used right :)

Very interesting blend of coffee. Leave a nice taste in the mouth. No bitter aftertaste. My favourite is the Rotate espresso. Great taste mild texture.

I have read the other reviews here and I really don't understand all the negative comments. I can only speak from my own experience. The product is, in my opinion, of a high quality and great tasting. The customer service has been excellent and personal, a step above the usual "we refer you to our recent email" type of response. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
