"Great brand "

After discovering generic coffee is full of nasties I am so excited to have found Balance - excellent customer service , personal touch/passion in the brand and of course tasty coffee. I have bought the starter bundle and some extra espresso! So far the packaging is great, smells divine and stability flavour is delicous , I look forward to tasting the other flavours :)

Got the Stability Blend which is too weak for my taste and doesn't make a creamy coffee. I use Delonghi Magnifica S Smart coffee machine which does a very good espresso, but need the appropriate coffee for it. Customer service very helpful, refunded and offered to send a sample of the Darkfire Blend, which is supposed to be stronger. Appreciate it and will try.

Great coffee a lot better than other organic healthy coffee I have tried before. Customer service amazing had and issue with my order quickly fixed, great communication. Definitely would recommend.

I have sent two emails to this company, one directly in reply to an email from the founder that said "I personally read every single email" and a second one through the Contact page on the website and neither have been responded to. I ordered three bags of this coffee for which many claims are made on the website of the company. I found it to be very weak and therefore tasteless, my oat cream separated in the drink (which doesn't happen with other coffees) and my teeth began to hurt immediately upon drinking the coffee which usually indicates for me a highly acidic coffee (even though they claim it is low acid!). I wrote to the company twice asking to return the bags especially because it is more than three times more expensive that other organic brands. No response so far so I have resorted to Trust Pilot as often companies pay attention when they receive a negative review. I will be returning the coffees today to the address shown on the company's website and if they still don't respond, I will eventually have to seek a refund through my bank. The only positive thing I can say about the company is that the coffee was delivered very quickly, the following day in fact, and it had a nice smell.

I would probably say it is not for coffee lovers. Most of the coffees lack flavour and are very mild. Probably among some of the worst coffee beans I've brought for flavour. The expresso one makes terrible expresso, although that is what it is recommended for. Their darkest roast (Darkfire Energy) isn't bad and the only one I would use and the only one suitable for expresso. I don't notice any additional benefits, obviously they say their coffee is better than all other brands as toxin/mould free but only have their word for that. I would buy the Darkfire Energy again, but wouldn't use as my sole coffee suppliers. The Lion's Mane coffee tastes awful, really bad aftertaste as well, assuming it is the muchroom and not the coffee itself, which it might well be given the poor flavour on other varieties. Overall disapointing. I had not issues with delivery, although I ordered as I needed and not via the subscription service since it appears from reviews can be a bit erratic.

The lions mane mushroom elixir has made a huge difference to my concentration and mental energy. I feel it sinking in after drinking it in my coffee, and cooling some of the inner ‘noise’ in my head. I have been taking the elixir for a month now and I am able to complete more of the boring tasks in my day than before. It’s great.

"Really good coffee"

Great: Super delish rare espresso package.

Meh: I contacted them and they wouldn't give me data on altitude, roast type, producers and other information for this package etc... I like to know my sources of coffee so I can look out for similar types again in future. I also collect this data and put it into a self built system which produces some statistics including which profiles, reigons etc.. I like the most. Sadly I can't add this coffee to my data pool. :(
