"Ended up doing the job 3 days late…"

Ended up doing the job 3 days late 23/12/24. Didn't send an invoice till 2/01/25 then expected an immediate payment. The harassing emails, texts and calls in a day was awful. Terrible experience.

I have used Zero waste for commercial waste and privately. The staff in the office and in the trucks are very helpful. If I require a wait and load the staff in the office try to accommodate my requirements and the operatives in the trucks have been exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend there services

"The unuseful Sideboard"

The unuseful Sideboard. Why pay the Council to destroy it? Bits of it were teak. It could possibly make 2 small useful cupboards. Zero waste seemed a great idea. Contacted they were willing and able and very committed to re-cycling which was what we hoped for. The men who collected it were prompt, efficient and cheerful a pleasure to do business with. Thanks.
