I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Miss Maid Cleaning Company, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. This was, without a doubt, the worst cleaning service I have ever used.

Firstly, the cleaning was subpar and hardly worth mentioning. The laminated flooring was left unmopped, and the carpets, which were supposed to be steamed, remained visibly dirty and clearly not hoovered. The bathroom was in a deplorable state with unclean shower heads, sink, and toilet, and limescale was still present. Shockingly, the oven was left dirty as well.

Despite these issues, they had the audacity to charge £400 for cleaning a very small 2-bedroom flat. To make matters worse, when I requested a re-clean, they missed the deadline and refused to provide a refund. Their lack of professionalism and poor service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Miss Maid Cleaning Company.

I had an end of tenancy clean on my bedroom carpet. There were stains that I made and stains that were there when I lived in. Stan got them all out. He was also very efficient. He was also professional in our interactions and made it all a very good experience.

In my opinion, Miss Maid is a 5 star, service orientated company.
From my first interaction with the admin team, via phone and email, through to the arrival of the cleaning team, I can not speak highly enough of their attention to detail, follow up, and quality of cleaning.
When you "invite" strangers into your home to undertake something as personal as a kitchen appliance cleaning service, you inevitably do so, on the first occasion, with some trepidation. I need not have worried.
I will definitely use them again, when I move home in a few months time, and need my house cleaned and made ready for its new owners.

Staff (led by Mila) were punctual, courteous and carried out the job efficiently and in the time specified. Well done, Miss Maid!

Responsive, efficient, friendly service. I booked a carpet clean at 24 hours notice and the whole process was excellent. The Operative who did the carpet clean was effective and gave great advice. Very good value.

I hired Miss Maid for an end of tenancy clean (the two-bed maisonette that we had been renting) and recommend them highly!

We are a middle-aged professional couple whose landlord changed his mind about dates and access three times after booking a cleaning time; the Miss Maid team were most accommodating and understanding when I had to re-schedule and every member of staff that I spoke with was lovely to deal with. On top of that the service itself was thorough and prompt, plus reasonable compared to other local services in SE London.

Given that this was also in the last days before christmas I was grateful that the team were so lovely to deal with from start to finish and to anyone looking for a great cleaning service I would direct them to Miss Maid.
