"Unsatisfactory, poor quality clean, rip-off"
Booked an end of tenancy deep clean before we moved out and were left with a half-hearted job. There was dust and hair left on the floor, skirtings, stains on the toilet seat, a peculiar smell from the frirdge, along with water marks on windows and mirrors.
We made a complaint to Miss Maid outlining how this was unacceptable for £380. They offered a re-clean as was standard, however our landlord was not confident in their ability to provide this after the first showing and was under haste to move new tenants in the next day. Miss Maid were unable to quickly rectify the problem in the necessary time frame, and unfortunately our landlord ended up tidying their mess up himself, which defeated the purpose of hiring Miss Maid in the first place.
Miss Maid were also obstinate in providing a reclean, as they outline in their terms of service, or provide any compensation for the shoddy job delivered, throwing up a bureaucratic wall citing the need for inventory inspection, which was completely beside the point.
We documented and sent photographs of everything they had neglected, yet still for some reason needed an inventory inspection despite their contract being with us, the tenants, and not the landlord. if we had just arranged a deep clean and were not moving out and were unsatisfied, I wonder whether they have demanded the same.
Overall, we received a service with an utter lack of care to detail, or willingness to resolve the matter, and find ourselves nearly £400 out of pocket and a dirty flat to show for it. We will not be returning when the tenancy at our current place expires and we need another deep clean; these guys just won't provide it, and charge you extortionate rates for the pleasure.

"A very efficient and effective service"
The quote came through incredibly quickly, the team asked for photos of the specific items to be cleaned to ensure they were providing an accurate quote and that they could provide a successful service.
The cleaner arrived on time and I was updated on arrival time throughout the day. The cleaner was incredibly polite and honest with what he felt he could achieve and where marks may remain. He was thorough, efficient and very clean.

I booked an end-of-tenancy clean that left a lot to be desired.
The previous occupier of the flat had left some things behind for me, of which I had photographs with time-stamps, yet these were missing when I moved into my new apartment. I called the company about this several times, but there is never anybody available to talk about raising a complaint - they only ever deal with you over email, and conveniently ignore everything.
I asked the management multiple times about my missing items - I shared detailed descriptions and photographs, all of which were ignored. Understandably, they might not want to acknowledge or accept the conduct of their employees. But they will also not offer me a refund (not even a partial refund!) despite the fact that the cleaning was also substandard. I had paid extra for a 7-day reclean guarantee, and they sent somebody who just refused to accept that the level of cleaning was subpar (apparently tidying the sofa and removing cobwebs from window corners goes beyond an end of tenancy deep clean).
Don't waste your precious time and money with this company.

"Do not book this company for an end of tenancy clean!"
I booked Miss Maid for an end of tenancy clean. I was surprised when the cleaners said they would be finished in 2 or so hours as that seemed like not very long for a one bedroom flat, including things like cleaning the oven etc.
When the check-out clerk sent her report it included a really extensive list of really basic things that had not been completed properly - dusty floors with hairs on, the oven dirty, splash marks on the kitchen unit, a sticky grill.... when Miss Maid sent someone to re-address these issues (as per the end of tenancy re-clean guarantee) they STILL did not address every issue on the list! I even paid extra to have the blinds cleaned and they were still dusty!
To the company's credit they did send someone round a third and final time to address the still-outstanding issues, but this really never should have happened in the first place had the job been done properly the first time around. I would never book Miss Maid again.

Miss Maid were the best value of the end of tenancy cleaning companies that I saw and were very responsive to any queries I had ahead of the day. Stan arrived on time and assessed all the carpets thoroughly ahead of starting to ensure the best clean was offered. He obviously takes pride in his work and getting the best results for the customer.

The cleaners who came today last minute after the previous one refused to go ahead were absolutely brilliant. Spotless, great comms and very thorough. Would hire them back in a flash. In Miss Maid’s defence they dealt with the first cleaner efficiently and professionally but they should not be employing such a rude, belligerent person.
