Par la suite, je demande le remboursement des articles non endommagés, et la plus de réponse la personne qui s’occupe de mon dossier n’est pas disponible! J’appelle le service client qui me répète qu’il ne peuvent rien faire car c’est uniquement cette personne qui a la main sur mon dossier! Un service retour médiocre

"I have a small appliance which suffered…"
I have a small appliance which suffered a small failure of a part. I took photos and sent over to Daewoo Electricals as per their warranty policy. They responded with an email that they would acknowledge my request, within 24 hours they contacted me back and sent out the new part which was delivered within 48 hours. I feel that we are quick to call fault on things but this was an exceptionally efficient and effective service. No hassle just show us your issue and we will sort it. Personally I would just like to thank the Daewoo team. Thank you

"Cyclone Pro 150W Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner"
Very poor customer service!! Non-durable product! Total waste of time and money
My vaccum cleaner suddenly stopped working in May. The motor comes on but the brush doesn't vaccum because the lights flickered at first but no longer come on.
I purchased it directly from Daewoo in November last year. Warranty is still active. I reached out to them in June but they have refused to provide a solution. Every time, they ask me to send a video of the fault. I send the video and get no response until another time when I send them a mail asking for an update. I have had to resort to brush and dustpan and this is bad for my wrist and bag. It has been an unpleasant experience.

Everytime the request for a video was made, I sent it and you never got back to me. I have sent it again this afternoon. Fingers crossed 🤞

"Air fryer stopped working after 16 months"
My air fryer stopped working after 16 months and very little use. Daewoo's answer to my request to get it repaired or replaced was that I did not register the appliance for the extended 2 year warranty. This is true but having to register a product to activate a warranty seems to me like a scheme devised to opt out of a service that should be available to customers who lead busy lives and do not have time to look at nor fill in all the paper work. The warranty should be offered automatically since it is free. Daewoo has refused to activate the warranty as gesture of goodwill. Furthermore, an air fryer should last longer than 16 months! I will never by a Daewoo product again.

"American Fridge Freezer"
I felt I needed to write a review although long, long overdue. Way back in 2010 I purchased a Daewoo American Fridge Freezer from Curry's. It has been the best appliance I have ever bought. Apart from replacing the water filter and 1 interior fridge bulb, nothing has ever gone wrong with it. The grandchildren love getting the ice cubes out from the front compartment. Through it all it still works as well as the first day I bought it. Thank you Daewoo. I only buy your products now. My new fan is on its way. Can't comment on Customer Service as I have never needed it. Great Company. Would give you 10 stars if I could.

"Don't purchase a Daewoo (Kensington 1.7) Kettle"
My Daewoo kettle stopped working after 13 months. Daewoo stock answer, 'outside warranty' - why don't they just offer a standard two year or three year warranty without asking you to jump through hoops to activate it. I cannot unfortunately recommend Daewoo electricals or their customer service.
n.b. since Daewoo's response; the REAL issue here is that the kettle stopped working just after a year - which does not bode well. An organisation with confidence in their product could automatically offer an extended warranty in my opinion.
