Terrible. Ordered an aftershave, page said it would be dispatched within a day. No update a week later, emailed them a few times and eventually got a reply saying it would be sent that day. Nothing 4 days later, emailed again and said 'if you won't send it out can you just refund'. So they refunded...guess they never had any plans to send it

Do not order from this company, check their google review too!! They do not respond to calls or emails and now I am having to call my bank and report the transaction as fraud. The only good review they have is from the owner that is registered via companies house.

my partner ordered creed aventus over a week ago which believe me wasnt cheap! He still has not received his order he got told after countless times of ringing them it was despatched on Friday last week he then rang again on monday to be told it was actually despached on Saturday... he then give him a tracking order which was supose to be for his parcel which wasnt it was going to a completely different country! Worst company ever and quite obviously cant tell the truth and pam you off! We are fuming and wont be leaving this!! Pathetic excuses and terrible customer service! Wouldnt even give them 1*!

Taken my money but no delivery in 2 weeks - absolutely no contact possible, other than an automated email reply (twice from 2 different email addresses with the same message) with questionable English:

Pretty certain I’ve been scammed, I’m stupid for not researching the website beforehand (it looks like very unofficial and unprofessional website looking like it’s written by unprofessional people). Simply don’t bother with them if you don’t want your money stolen.
