"This is a scam! Completely avoid!!"

This company are a complete scam. I placed an order for an expensive perfume on the 18th October 2020, it was promised to me on Monday 26th October 2020, it was a birthday present. The perfume has not been received. I was given a fake tracking number, I was advised, wrongly, by a chap called 'Sal' purporting to be the 'Senior Manager' that he had spoken with Royal Mail regarding the order and that the order had been dispatched!

Upon making enquiries with Royal Mail myself, this is completely untrue, no such order has even been received by them, the tracking number is wrong and no such conversations took place.

I was also told, quite proudly by ' Sal ' that the business had been trading for many years and it was only due to Covid 19 that such delays have occurred, this is also inaccurate. I've made my own enquiries into this company and it's only been trading under a year which absolutely disgusting customer service.

There's absolutely zero consideration for the customer, I've spoken to three members of staff, after calling them over 50 times or even more, eventually they do answer, so please preserve... who have all promised me that the perfume would arrive in time for the birthday, which has since passed... !

I even resorted to emailing in with my complaint and seeking an update on my order, with zero response!

'Sal' the 'manager' promised to call me with an update on my order and again, promised xy and even z, with nothing forthcoming.

The top and bottom of this is AVOID!!! spend your hard earnt money on legitimate websites and avoid cowboys like these!!!
