"I would never use this company again"

I would never use this company again. I would give them zero stars if I could. My order was ignored for several weeks and they did not answer their phone nor their emails. I asked my card company to look into them as a fraudulent fake company so please do not use them. It took them over a month to even acknowledge me.

"Stay FAR FAR away from these criminals!"

I wish I could give them a negative stars review! I paid for a subscription and heard nothing from them for a few weeks despite calling (phone never picked up) and sending multiple emails for weeks. After a few weeks I did get someone that told me they were behind because they closed for the holiday and they would be back on track. Four months later and literally DOZENS of attempts to contact them I still have not received an order. I did get an email stating that my subscription was cancelled but I have not been reimbursed for the £35 that I spent. Essentially they stole my money. ANY positive reviews you see are absolutely fake.

I was looking forward to receiving my sample which I waited over a month for. And in the end I got refunded which I was really annoyed about.. because i was really excited

"Incompetent"

They delayed, lied and till now I haven’t gotten my refund.

I would have chosen no star if that’s an option. I paid for the perfume and nothing was sent. Although, PayPal refunded me.

"Please avoid!"

Placed an order in early January, received an incorrect item which I sent back at their request and at my own cost. I have not received anything since then, the grace period I set has expired, and they don't even respond on my (polite!) e-mails anymore. Actually, they rarely did.
To me it seems that a single person runs this company who is grossly overwhelmed. I'll urge my credit card company to block use on this website.

"Zero customer services"

SCAMMERS! If I could I would score -5. Bought a perfume a month ago, not received it yet. Tried to call the company multiple times, they don't pick up the phone. Emailed them a few times, they don't respond. Opened a dispute with my credit card company today to get my money back

"Unsatisfactory service!!!"

I bought quite a number of perfume samples, thought I’d get them in a few days time as specified on their website, to my surprise it got to 2 weeks and there was still nothing, contacted the company and they told me there’d let me know once the samples were in stock, I was shocked because such information has to be shared with the customer before they even make the purchase. I kindly asked if I could get a refund as I could not wait any longer, they agreed to that but to my surprise I didn’t get my refund back, instead they send my items weeks later despite the fact that I had withdrawn my order. This is a high level of unprofessionalism. Will not buy again anything from them.

"Dishonest"

In my situation their website deleted my orders that I have paid for. They forget I still have the electronic footprint via my credit card. Contacted their support and never replied. Not even acknowledging that they have received my email. It's appalling!
