Ordered a aftershave sample, week has gone past and still no sign of it. Tried to call but the number is invalid, emailed 2 different addresses for them and no response.

"SCAMMERS - BEWARE"

They sent the wrong fragrance thinking I wouldn’t notice, I already have the one they sent but they wrote another label on it lol. They made me send it back after I had to ask them to provide postage for it, in the end the lady at the post office said it was invalid. I’ve sent numerous emails to them since then (months ago) and been totally ignored. But don’t worry I’ve exposed them to 30K people online too :-)

Please do not purchase anyuthing from them. I ordered two sample perfumes and there was no email received to confirm when it would be delivered. I have sent emails asking for updates and I get an automated message. Not one single follow up. The number I found online does not work. Absolutely unprofessional....take your money elsewhere

Been more than 3 weeks since I placed an order and still hasn’t been delivered, the reason I give it 1 star is that I’ve emailed multiple times every time I’ve been ignored. I’ve never had this off any website I’ve ordered before. Super disappointing

Writing E-Mails has no effect most of the time. Was waiting over a month for my package and after aksing them, they told me that „royal mail“ wasn‘t able to deliver the package! No reply on why this was the case. Now i have to wait until the product is back in the UK to get a full refund. So waiting 2 months and getting literally NOTHING means that this is just outrageous and disappointing. They treat their customers like they have millions of them and that’s unfortunate for them too.
