"What review for a product that I…Product not received after 2 weeks"

What review for a product that I haven't received yet despite several emails sent. Even the number on the website doesn't seem to be going through. Is this a scam or what?

I ordered a perfume for my friends birthday, ensuring that it would be delivered on time for the birthday. It is now a week after her birthday & still no perfume but payment was taken straight away!! 😡 Will not use this site again!

Still hasn’t arrived, bought on the Monday and told it would be here Saturday after finally getting through on the phone, said they had problems with orders and a gesture of good will samples would be sent with order. Still not arrived a week later. Tried several times to contact via email and phone and nothing. Disgraceful service. This was supposed to be for someone’s birthday and I have nothing to give now.
