Star line van lines has emailed me stating they won’t return my money due to missing a 72 hour window but when I reached out for help on the matter within that window they stated I wasn’t clear I wanted a refund. Don’t trust this company with any business matters or good faith practices. They need your deposit to stay a float

They lied about everything!
Said we would get our stuff in 5 - 7 days! That was just a commission sales pitch! 30 days later and we still don't have our stuff! We only packed 3 days of clothes for our 3 day moving drive! They do not return calls or text! I have documented all this proof if needed! I also contacted the Attorney General of Florida! The contract said they would also act on our behalf in delayed shipping matters! Another lie! They breached their contract!
