"Worst company to deal with"

When I placed my ordered they were so helpful, however I have still not received my doors I placed my ordered at the start of July. I was advised it would take 8 to 12 weeks maximum. On the day of measuring the person never turned up it was another 3 weeks before they came even do I had taken the day off work to be around Full payment was made for the doors as they requested I have rang every week for a fitting date and as of yet none has been given and we are nearing December. I am so so disappointed with Costello Windows. They have held up my whole house build by months. I have paid in full and no date in sight for receiving my doors.
I would not recommend Costello Windows to anyone they have taken my money but we have nothing to show for it except stress and a huge phone bill.

We placed an order with Costello Windows on 6th March 2021, it is now the end of October 2021 and we are still waiting on windows & doors to be installed.
I understand people are under pressure, but we have had little or no communication with them, other than ourselves contacting them by phone. This is a ridiculous time span and we are wondering if there are others in a similar situation.

Following a 7 month wait we eventually had double french doors fitted. The finish on the job was so bad that when we contacted another local company to come and check the work they said it was the worst finished job they had ever seen in their entire time in business.

There was a huge gaping hole left in one corner where the door was not fitted properly thus a huge space for draft or worse, vermin to enter. The lock on both sides was stiff. The door was scratched on the outside in several places, big evident scratches on a brand new door. The silicone around the door was overused and smeared across the plasterwork. There were gaps in the centre of the door leaving in a draft. There was a huge chunk out of the outside wall where they slammed something off it. Our wooden floor in the kitchen has a huge scratch on it and they evidently smoked in the house all day long. I have numerous photos which I can send you if you want proof of the botch work.

After numerous phone calls and emails they are refusing to rectify the damage and the case is now in the hands of a solicitor. Be warned!!!

"Just had my window fitted by Costello’s…"

Just had my window fitted by Costello’s and I have to say I am very happy.great price fir 9 large windows and 2 doors. It took 3 days to fit all windows and doors. Very professional job. Both tradesmen (Tim and Pa) were just fantastic and very accommodating. I was surprised how clean everything was after the work was completed. Lovely staff in office to deal with. Would highly recommended this company.

"Shocking company to use - Avoid at all costs"

Shocking company to use. Fitters arrived with missing parts stayed a few hours then came back a few days later on and off for a few weeks. My elderly relatives had to pack the gaps between windows with paper to keep the elements out until they eventually came back to finish fitting. Broken glass left both inside and outside when they fitted we had to help clear up so nobody would get injured. Left a complete mess.

Nearly 6 months later and we are still waiting for them to come back to fix defects and deliver parts of windows that were never delivered at the time. Promised visits that never happen.... no follow up without us chasing. Horrific.
