From the first call with a friendly voice I knew I’d have a good experience. They emailed me a few times
, sent videos and the delivery and pick up person was very friendly and made every step go well. I would definitely call them again. Oh and the price was right !!!

The delivery guy was Amazing he was courteous and very careful placing the dumpster,then at pick-up he made sure not to scratch my walkway pavement. I would Definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone. If in the future I ever need another dumpster I will be calling Budget Dumpster once again!!!

Great people to work with. They explained everything that I would need to make sure that I didn't put anything into the storage unit not allowed. They delivered and picked up the unit on the days that they said they would, and the dumpsters were easy to load, and to enter.

"Great experience for a first time user!"

Great experience. From the start, I called them looking for a quote on what a dumpster would cost. They were super friendly and I ended up renting a 10yard roll off dumpster to throw out a lot of junk from my parents house. I ordered the smallest, but could have probably filled up the biggest one they offer. As soon as you confirm your rental, you get an email with a dashboard of everything you will need for your haul away. On this dashboard you can chat, extend, request another dumpster and set the date to pickup.
We filled up the dumpster and had it picked up within 4 days. I sent them emails throughout the time to ask the Ummmm questions and they were sure to respond via text, call and email. We had went over the 1ton limit, by 140 pounds and they charged us a minimal fee. These folks are amazing, and have great customer service.
