We ordered a summerhouse from Mercia garden products Ltd, through Wayfair. The communications regarding delivery were great with a text from the delivery driver Karl shortly before delivery.
The added bonus was Karl also builds these summerhouses, so was able to give us some handy tips to help us when we built ours.
The construction was pretty straightforward with good, not overcomplicated instructions. It's almost complete, just got to finish the painting.

18 Months ago I bought a Mercia 28mm pent log cabin from this company and I paid £719 for them to fit the product on the handstand that was prepared specifically for this job. Just to be clear as soon as it was up I then followed their instructions to preserve and then seal the cabin I did this with quality products.
During winter the cabin does shrink back and warp but as spring comes it then returns to normal, I have now sealed and treated twice and whilst in the cabin last week I noticed there was black staining on the roof timbers and a area that had actually leaked in. I took pictures of this and sent this to MGP customer services first of all they needed to know what the base was made of what product I’d used and its specific location in my garden.
After a few days of questions and answers I was finally told THEY RECOMMEND THAT ROOF FELT IS CHANGED EVERY 18-24 MONTHS.
Also as it was near a tree that would cause further moisture. Iam still in shock to think that felt needs changing so frequently funny my last shed roof did about 8 years with a role of cheap product from B & Q. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he’d call today at 1000hrs …….Nathanal iam still waiting, it’s 1700 hrs!!!!!
My advice is avoid these folks if you incur any problems their support is of no value they try and fob you off at every opportunity.
I will redo the roof myself and be sure of no recommendations from this unhappy out of pocket customer.
