Firstly, great communication via text messages and emails detailing the progress of my order. On the day, with the clear live tracking portal, I knew exactly when my order was to arrive. The driver (Craig) followed my delivery instructions and was courteous and careful when offloading. I made him a cup of tea (he'd been on the go since 4 in the morning). I got a nice little 'How did we do' message which I have responded to. A refreshing change to have a happy driver and professional experience with a company who cares. A completely different experience to what I had when I had a Rowlands product delivered 2 weeks ago by a surly young lad who needed my husband (who has angina) to help him offload a pergoda. He didn't get a cup of tea!

Had a summerhouse delivered on 19/2/25 and the delivery man was great as only place for it to go was directly onto back garden and he happily carried it there as it was the safest place. I’ve now had it built and my two autistic boys love it and will make such a difference to them. It’s such good quality and was easy to build with the instructions. Would definitely recommend

"Great Garden Shed "

Had our shed delivered on 28/2/25. Mark, the delivery guy was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. Our grandson put it together over the weekend and it is very impressive. So good, that our grandson is thinking of getting one himself. Very pleased with it and would have not issues recommending Mercia Garden Products. Have seen some reviews and cannot understand why some people are unhappy with the product.
