Had a little bit of hesitance with using companies that buy cars like WBAC/Motorway etc having been stung and haggled massively before without justification!! Unfortunately selling higher value cars privately is not the done thing anymore.

Dealt with Lily, she asked me what we were expecting to get for the car, and she came back with an offer £350 less which was more than manageable when other companies had come in at unrealistically less than what we wanted and what the vehicle is worth. Agreed to accept that offer, docusign was sent over, we had to remove a private plate from the car so was worried that the offer would expire but lily kindly extended the offer to allow for the new V5 to arrive.

Once all the paperwork signed and sent back, we had a prompt phone call to book the collection in and then a courtesy call the day before collection to make sure everything was ok.

Lee arrived to collect the car, really friendly and genuine guy, took photos of the car, spoke to the office and everything agreed at the offer that was given. Really pleased with the service we received and has restored our faith in these car buying companies.
