I first spoke with Billy on Monday who valued my car at higher than I expected, my car was collected on Wednesday and my positive equity was paid before the car left and my finance was settled by Friday. David the man who collected the car was so lovely and was a pleasure to deal with. Big thanks to Billy who made the process so simple. Would absolutely use BYWC again!

Really easy and quick service to use. Was able to agree on a price that was better than all the other well known car buying services. Collection of my car was made within 48hrs of agreeing on the price and payment was instant upon collection. Martin who collected the car was also very friendly and helpful, super informative for the hour or so he spent with me, checking the car and sorting the payment. Would definitely recommend this service to others.
