This company are amazing.
A car leasing company gave me their info to sell my audi Q5 and advised they would give me the best price against all other competitors. Residing in Scotland, Big isn't a company I was familiar with. Even though no depots in Scotland, this couldn't have went smoother.
Seamless, stress free transaction with Big. They guaranteed a price and stuck to their word. No haggling or negotiating when the car was being collected. Collected it the day that suited me best so I wasn't left with no car. Payment made immediately as soon as appraisal was all completed and they paid my outstanding finance off directly.

Can't fault this company! Seamless process from start to finish. They offered me the best price for my car compared to others (Motorway, Carwow, WBAC) and they honoured this price on collection. Billy responded promptly to all of my queries and sent over the required documentation. Once signed, collection was booked in for 2 days later. Rod arrived nice and early on the day of collection, completed all the checks and talked me through the payment process. Payment was instant and I have already recommended BigWantsYourCar to others. This is real. Reviews are in line to the service. I sold my BMW through them and the process was quick and seamless. I was really annoyed that I scratched the side panel of the car the week I had to sell it. But I was upfront about the damage and sent lots of pictures. Mia in the office was really clear about the process and offer. A collection was arranged straight away and Simon and Steve were great and explained the whole process. I was paid in full (the exact amount they offered as I was honest about the damage) during collection! Bish bosh

"Stick to the professional car buying companies"

This is my first experience of selling a car in this way, and I’m hopeful not all companies operate this way.

Initially the process was okay, they knock a reasonable amount from the initial ‘wow’ offer with the ‘Guarantee’ which is to be expected and I accepted.

Then after accepting the ‘guarantee’ I asked after the next steps, and these were that DocuSigns needed drawing up and completing before pick up.

I then had to chase a response, to get a very abrupt email advising they now cannot purchase the vehicle due to it having 5 owners, this is not a question asked or as I can see something in the T&C’s that Customer has to warrant, and it has gained no more owners since the ‘guarantee’ whereby you would assume they ought to have completed their due diligence - I have however asked for a copy of the T&C’s to review.

I would strongly avoid this company and stick to the professional outfits who so far seem considerably more knowledgeable and professional than here.
