Selling an expensive car is always a bit stressful but using Big Car was as easy and stress free as you’d hope for. The price offered was very reasonable and the process was seamless. The office agreed the date of collection and a team of 2, Steve Janman and Dave Ashley, showed up on time and did the inspection. At no point did they try and change the offer and within minutes of them finishing my money was in my account.

It started off well with Lizzie contacting me. They offered me £100 more for sending in photos that day... Great 👍 Had a great price of £7600 which I was over the moon with. All documents signed and sent back, communication great 👍. Car pick up arranged. Pick up arrived inspected the car with fine tooth comb... I'd missed a scratch on the back which they did not like, started the engine, phoned someone else to listen to engine. Sent photos to manager and dropped the price by £600!!!! For a small scuff/scratch. I wasn't there my husband was there, he called me, I wasn't happy that no further negotiation had been made. Someone phoned me to talk to me I said of my disgust at this and said they could drop £300 I would agree to that. That was refused and no budging. My little car was amazing condition It's terrible how they treated me & there was no negotiation.... I had to get rid of my car that day.... they had me over a barrel. Please be careful using this company, the final amount you agree may well not be what you will receive on the day. So disappointed and upset 😡.

Bruce was the collection handler for the car - lovely guy, explained everything, in an out within 1hr of arrival to the car.

I uploaded my car details to seven different companies, and BigWantsYourCar.com came out on top, with the best offer by far. I uploaded photos of my car via their link, and within a couple of minutes, an acceptable offer was made. I was then forwarded a link to upload copies of ID, V5C, service history, and signature. Within a couple of minutes I received their signed agreement. On the agreed collection date, my vehicle was checked over very thoroughly, they would put the police forensic team to shame. In fairness, I think one of them was learning the ropes. Due to a few scuffs on the alloy wheels, the original offer price was reduced by £100, this was most acceptable. Once the price was agreed, the money was transferred to my bank account instantly. The 3 or 4 people I spoke with from start to finish were all very customer friendly and very easy to talk with.
