Selling my father-in-law’s car couldn’t have been simpler. From a good price (£1,000 more than WBAC) to helpful office staff, things were perfect. Bruce, who collected the car, made it simple to understand and helped my elderly relative understand everything and helped through the various steps. It’s the second time I have used BigWantsYourCar and both times it has been simple and honest transaction process so would definitely use them again

Offered 10% more than webuyanycar. Very easy to deal with. Nice people on the phone and the collection guy was nice. No tyre kicking or attempts to lower the price. Allow 1000 miles from valuation to pick up. Couldn't fault it really.

Sold my car today after only initially enquiring less than a week ago. Very thorough and quick and by far the best company to use for the best price. Was offered significantly more than the competitors and the turnaround time was exceptional. I actually went to a dealership beforehand and never again will I part ex they were trying to undercut me £3k less than BIG offered me! Aaron (not sure on other 2 chaps names) and his team turned up to my workplace, kept in regualr contact with me and helped massively throughout the process they were true gents. And also a shout out to Chanelle (hopefully spelt right) in the new sales team - looked after me so well! Can't recommend using BIG enough for the best price and service at the quickest time!!!
