"Staff trained differently…"

Gave me a good price based on the pictures, someone came out to look at the car and said it was perfectly fine but he just couldn’t find the VIN under the bonnet so couldn’t take it. Come back next week with a different driver and suddenly there are things wrong with the car which weren’t mentioned at all the week before. Inconsistencies with their drivers, just got to hope you get a good one.

"Poor pick up experience and reduction of offer"

Offer was fair for condition of the car and pre sale process was easy.
However collection date initially arranged did not happen and was cancelled on day incurring additional insurance costs- no ownership taking by big or firm picking up which is outsourced.
Re arranged collection day- offer was reduced by £100 for a scratch on inside of door and scuffs on alloys which i had been informed would not impact cost as fair wear and tear.
